Processing Time

My processing time is 7-14 days, and shipping depends on the option you select at checkout.
    •    Example: If you order on May 1st, your nails will ship by May 15th. Please be patient and avoid messaging for updates while within this time frame. If there are any delays beyond that, I will reach out to you directly.
    •    If you’ve ordered a Sizing Kit along with a set, the kit will ship first (within 2-3 days), and the processing time for your set will begin once I’ve received your sizes.

Shipping
    •   Shipping begins after your order has been processed. Free shipping is available for standard shipping within the US. If you need expedited shipping, please select a faster method at checkout.

    •    If you make a mistake on your shipping info before the order has shipped out, please email [email protected] immediately, and I will correct it.
    •    Once your package has shipped, it is out of my hands. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking confirmation so you can easily track your package.

Returns, Cancellations, & Chargebacks
    •    No Returns or Cancellations: Please be sure before proceeding with your order.
    •    No Refunds for Late Delivery: Review the Processing Time section for accurate delivery expectations.
    •    No Refunds for Sizing Issues: I strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit to ensure a perfect fit. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility, and I cannot accept refunds due to sizing issues.
    •    Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed or a bank inquiry is made, you will no longer be able to place orders with Masiel Nail Art. I am always flexible and aim to resolve issues with customers before it reaches this point.

Sizing
    •    Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you select the correct size before ordering. If unsure, please order a Sizing Kit.
    •    If you order a sizing kit but cannot find a perfect fit, please select the next closest size.
    •    If no sizes are provided, your set will be made in a medium size, and I cannot accept returns or cancellations for incorrect sizing.
    •    Sizing varies across shapes, so be sure to size correctly for the specific shape you order.
    •    For returning customers, I keep your sizes on file. For easy reference, please include your sizes in the notes box at checkout.

Disclaimers
    •    The press-on nails are reusable, but how long they last depends on how well you care for them.
    •    Shape Fit: Shapes may fit differently, and I highly recommend ordering a sizing kit for each shape and length you wish to try.
    •    Replacement Nails: I offer replacement nails in case one breaks or is lost. Shipping not included.
    •    Design Adjustments: The design may be adjusted  depending on the length of the nails you order. I will always aim to match your desired designs, but some changes may be necessary.
