Hello everyone!

My name is Kim, and I am a home-based nail artist in Panama City. My address will be provided via email once your appointment is confirmed.

Booking & Deposits
    •    Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance—same-day appointments are not accepted.
    •    A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total and can be used to reschedule up to three times.
    •    To reschedule, please provide at least 12-24 hours’ notice.
    •    No-call/no-shows will lose their deposit and be banned from booking in the future.
    •    If I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive your deposit back.

Payment Methods

Final payment must be made in Cash, Debit/Credit card, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Cash, or PayPal—no exceptions.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service if:
    •    You have damaged, infected, or unhealthy nail beds that could pose a risk to your health. If I determine that your nails are not in a condition to receive a service, I will refer you to seek medical attention before rebooking.
    •    You arrive with open wounds, severe skin irritation, or signs of infection on your hands or nails.
    •    You exhibit disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
    •    You have a history of repeatedly canceling, rescheduling excessively, or failing to follow booking policies.

If I need to refuse service for any of these reasons, your deposit will NOT be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Soak-Off Policy
    •    If you arrive with lifted, damaged, or broken nail enhancements, a $15 soak-off fee will be added to your service. A soak-off is required before applying a new set to ensure proper adhesion and longevity.
    •    If you need a soak-off, please let me know in advance, as it will extend your appointment time.

Refunds

• All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact me within 24-48 hours, and I will assess the situation to determine if a fix is needed.

Punctuality & Late Policy
    •    Please arrive on time and book accordingly—I will not rush my work.
    •    A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
    •    After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added.
    •    After 20 minutes, your appointment is forfeited, and you will need to reschedule.

Guest Policy
    •    No extra guests are allowed. If you must bring someone, please speak with me beforehand.

Phone Usage
    •    For best results, please minimize phone usage during detailed work like nail art. Excessive movement can make the process more difficult and may extend your appointment time.
